Unfair exchange policy and poor customer service
I tried to exchange an item because the size was too large, and I was told the item was ineligible for exchange and that I would have to return it and re-order it instead. Normally that would be fine, except the price of the exact same item has gone up to more than three times what I originally paid. I asked customer service if they could honor the original price since I’m not trying to return the item, just exchange for a different size, and they refused. While I was still typing in the chat trying to resolve this, the agent disconnected the chat before anything was resolved. This whole experience was really frustrating. I’m not asking for anything unreasonable — I just want the same item in a different size at the price I already paid. If someone from the company is willing to fix this, I’d be happy to update this review.
