Nicole at SaunaBox was excellent to work with during my purchase of the Solara. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. I really appreciated that she wasn’t pushy at all, just available to answer questions and provide clear information when I needed it. Made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Update 1) Company (Customer Service) will not honor a price reduction on their product that occurred within a day of ordering. They claim my promo code can’t be combined with their new sale when that isn’t the case. I sent them a picture of a new checkout screen with my promo code clearly working with their new pricing. For this, they have lost a star. I will continue updating throughout the process. Update 2) Partial refund applied for price reduction. Shipping update. Order placed 4/3, loaded on truck 4/9, shipped out 4/10, arrived at and currently sitting at local warehouse as of today 4/13. Waiting for call to schedule delivery. There’s has been excellent communication so far throughout the process. Back to 5 stars after price resolution.
