I just finished up an 8 treatments
I just finished up an 8 treatment, 1 year contract with TruGreen. I gave it a 2 1/2 stars because my lawn does not look as good as they advertise. I have had to plant grass seed in areas all spring to cover bare spots. There were times when it appeared that the technician did not spray the entire lawn as per the areas called out in the contract. A couple of times it looked like he was there for less than 10 minutes and then left. But he did put a tag on my door stating what he did . The last treatment was for grubs, and he definitely did not spray the whole area. In addition, I was charged extra for a fertilization treatment that I did not order. Funny how you can get grub and fertilizer in one partial spray of the entire lawn. Needless to say I called customer service and they corrected the error. I decided not to continue the service for another year because I paid over $550 for a lawn service that leaves me unsatisfied.
