What's annoying about this company is, it will add nightmarish situation to you by actually making your situation even more worse. This is sounding more like a scam to me now, with the F bot and agents with no real intention or idea on how to solve a user problem in a timely manner. I have requested a refund and will dispute the charge with my bank. Stay away from this mess. And mesg to the boot or pertain writing a reply. How better engineers who will help solve issues. People will get frustrated soon n will end up going for a class action
