**Unacceptable and financially unfair refund process** My experience with **Nominal** has been completely unacceptable. I contacted them first regarding a return and was told they **do not provide a prepaid return label**, so I had to return the item **at my own expense internationally**, which cost me a significant amount of money. I returned the parcel to the address they provided, but they are now **refusing to process my refund** because I cannot produce the original postal receipt. What makes this even worse is that I was also told I would **not even receive a full refund**, as they keep a **large chunk for shipping and stock-related charges** — despite the fact that I have also had to pay **extra out of my own pocket** to send the items back. So overall, even **if** they process my refund, I am still left **out of pocket through no fault of my own**. I have offered **alternative proof**, including a **bank statement showing payment for the return** and email evidence of their own return instructions. Instead of investigating the return properly on their side, they have continued to place the burden entirely on me. In my view, this falls far below what is expected under **basic consumer rights and fair trading standards**. A company should not make it this difficult, expensive, and stressful for a customer to obtain a refund for returned goods. Based on my experience, I would **not trust this company to handle returns or refunds fairly**.
