Still Charging Me After Multiple Cancellations Attempts - BEWARE!
I have had an extremely frustrating experience with Remi. I tried to cancel my subscription multiple times through email support, yet they have continued to charge my account without my consent. There is no clear confirmation process, and even after taking the proper steps to cancel, the billing does not stop. Trying to get this resolved has been time-consuming and unproductive, with little accountability from the company. After looking into it further, I found that this is not an isolated issue. There are hundreds if not thousands of other customers reporting the exact same problem, which makes it hard to believe this is accidental. At this point, I’ve had to consider going through my bank just to stop the charges, which should never be necessary for something as simple as canceling a subscription. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. EVER.
