Excellent Customer Service
I love all of my Hexclad cookware and have never had any problems with it. Recently a lid broke and shattered and even though lids are not under a lifetime warranty they were so kind and are replacing it. This is a company that really stands behind it's products and I will continue to be a loyal customer.
