Extremely disappointing experience. I placed an order with a promised delivery time of 8–18 working days, as the item was meant to be a gift. It has now been 25 working days, and the tracking still shows only “label created,” with no evidence that the item was ever shipped. Customer service has been very poor throughout. Responses were slow, unhelpful, and repeatedly ignored my request for a refund. Instead, I was given vague and contradictory explanations, including being told the item was “already on its way, although at the moment the movement is not visible on our end,” despite no tracking updates at all. This lack of transparency, accountability, and basic communication is unacceptable. I have completely lost confidence in this company and have had to escalate the issue with my bank to recover my money. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.
