Slashy is professional, patient and sincerely helpful
Ms Slashy was the Officer assisting me today. The Ticket number was I-24977200. Slashy was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. She was also very patient with me when leading me through the processes to fix my email pop up error message. After we went through several times she fixed my error message problem. I am very thankful and appreciate her help in resolving my error message problem.
