Amazing Customer Service
Honestly, I went into this process not sure what to expect. I just got out of a long term partnership with Square, who suddenly just pulled out for no reason, and refused to provide any clarity. After reaching out to PaymentCloud, Frank, my account manager reached out. I was going from a frantic system where I was manually doing all my card sales, and he set me up with a way to enable it for my website. While getting the customers to want to use it is the hard part, the clarity and professionalism of Frank helped me get across that finish line.
