However, these are in place to help protect both our merchants and their customers by reducing fraud, minimizing chargeback risks, and ensuring accounts are used appropriately. We do appreciate your dedication to improving your chargeback ratio throughout the life of your account, which is why your processor was able to lower your reserve percentage as well. However, they deemed that the reserve would remain on your account.
