I'll no longer be using Audible.
I have signed up for the $99.00 promotional yearly audible subscription sporadically over the past 10+ years. I always allowed that promotional subscription to expired at the end of the year rather than renewing at the full $149.00 price for another year. In past years, i was never charged for an added year without renewing. However, this year, Audible charged me the $149.00 amount for an added year without my authorization. I had to call and was argued with by the Audible "Help" person. Additionally, free offerings are not as good as they used to be. And many books I would like to listen to are not available.
