Fast shipping times and great shipping companies are used. I ordered 2 motors one had a squished battery cable. I contacted Varstrom via Whatsapp and got a replacement after just a few days. Sadly the new controller came without a new gasket which broke during disassembly. Contacted them about this via Whatsapp again and it was taken care of. Both motors are running. Sometimes there is a bit of delay but just message them again and there will be someone to help you.
