I had such a great experience with the support
I had such a great experience with Songmont’s customer support, especially thanks to Meila! I’m from Argentina and traveled to New York, where I ordered my bag — but the delivery timing was very tight. Meila was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She responded quickly, was super warm and attentive, and even helped expedite the shipping so it could arrive on time. And it did! I now have my bag with me and couldn’t be happier 🤎 Thank you so much for your support — without it, my bag wouldn’t have made it in time. Truly appreciated!
