Terrible customer service In Feb. I bought a very nice MK sweatshirt through Etsy for my grandson. Great quality. Easy purchase navigation . My grandson wanted another 3 days ago Intriedvto order another Etsy sent search directly to MK Complete nightmare . Repeated “system is busy trying to later”….then refused 2 long standing credit cards with plenty to cover charge. Tried going through PayPal completely messed up credit card info. Tried again, Again refused credit card that had more than enough and had just used in another venue with absolute ease Will never buy again or recommend . Be very careful with this company .
