Saved the day!
This was our first ever Disney trip and we were on the fence about renting for our son he is older but a few people told us it didn’t matter we would still need it….boy did we! This was so worth the money it poured rain the whole trip expect our last day and the rain cover was perfect for him to get in and stay dry! Plus all the water bottles and souvenirs fit great in the holder and underneath and kept our belongings dry. One of the people we were traveling with rented through another company and they didn’t have a rain cover and the parks were sold out after the first morning! After our first day we got a flat and I emailed them late at night they said they would not be able to get to us first thing in the morning so they refunded us a a day and gave us some options we could try and resort said they could not fix the tire so we had to Door Dash a bicycle pump but the tube wouldn’t hold air so my husband called them back and they ended up meeting him with a new tire and we didn’t miss any of our reservations and they still refunded us a day! They are easy to work with and respond quickly my husband said the people he interacted with on the phone and in person were very kind and patient! I would recommend then to anyone
