Care about your long-term customers or you'll lose them!
I am writing this review after having an experience that made me livid. I have multiple domains and multiple websites through Wordpress. They are frankly expensive compared to other companies and their customer service/tech support leaves something to be desired. I had a domain that randomly stopped forwarding one afternoon when I actively had clients trying to use it. After goofing around with their AI assistant, I was finally told I could speak to a Happiness Engineer. It took forever to get a response. I was never given anyone's name either, so I have no clue who I was talking to or if the person was actually a human or another bot. The first one basically said, "Be patient and I'll fix it." Hours went by and nothing. Finally, when the next person showed up, I was given a case of the run-around. When I said this was urgent and I was ignored, the person responded, "Sorry if you thought of it that way." No, but you will be when I get on Trustpilot over it. Good grief. This is so unacceptable to me. And in the end, the fix was simple! It could have been handled in less than five minutes if anyone cared. Shame on you, Wordpress.
