Contact person couldn’t be bothered to address major isdue
I rented villa for my family for Easter. When they arrived, master toilet was plugged up and a plunger was nearby, like someone had worked on it. Both bathrooms were not clean; hair, toothpaste, urine stains on toilet/wall/floor. Dirty rugs. Family attempted to contact Donna the realtor and got no response by phone, and unhelpful response by email. Contact with Angie the cleaning lady also did not address issues. Finally after 2 days a plumber was sent and a bar of soap was found lodged in toilet. My family cleaned the property themselves and washed the rugs. Overall property was in unkempt condition for one that is supposedly on the market. Did not appear to be actively marketing the property. I would not list my property with Donna.
