Lost: Innumerable purchased books.
I've purchased every single Audible book by authors and/or series that I love. Now, when I want to go back and relisten to a book I bought, Audible claims I never purchased those titles. Their customer service representatives have ranged from nice, but totally unhelpful, to unbelievably rude and insultingly unhelpful, intimating that I never bought the titles because their records are not wrong. Frustrating and infuriating beyond words.
