My Experience with Delugs
I’ve been a customer of Delugs since their early days at the old store, and over time I’ve built quite a collection of their straps. The quality has always been impressive—durable, well-crafted, and thoughtfully designed. What truly stands out, however, is the level of service. The team is consistently friendly, professional, and attentive, always ready to assist with genuine care. I was especially appreciative when they remade one of my straps free of charge after the leather issue I experienced. That level of after-sales support really reflects their commitment to customers. Every visit to the shop has been an enjoyable experience, and I’ve confidently recommended them to many friends and family. I look forward to continuing my journey with them and adding more straps to my collection.
