Terrible refund policy
Terrible refund policy. I was a paying subscriber since 2023, spending over $1,700 across multiple subscriptions. When I cancelled my Premium annual plan less than 2 months into a new billing cycle, Seeking Alpha refused any pro-rata refund for the remaining 10 months of unused service (~$270). Multiple emails to customer service were met with the same copy-paste response. Had to escalate to BBB. If you subscribe, be aware that once they charge your card for the annual plan, there is zero flexibility — even if you cancel almost immediately. Very disappointing for a company of this size.
