I have been purchasing from you for a very long time and have always trusted your service. However, recently I have experienced several issues that are quite disappointing. Although the spools do come in their own individual boxes, they are no longer placed inside a larger protective box. Instead, they are shipped individually, wrapped excessively with tape, which is not appropriate for proper protection during transit. Additionally, my most recent order has not been fully delivered. One part of the order arrived about a week ago, while the remaining part has still not arrived, with no clear update. I would appreciate your immediate attention to these issues, as this situation does not reflect the level of service I am used to from you.
