ID.me Does Not Work
I had a frustrating experience trying to use the military discount advertised on this company’s website through ID.me. I attempted multiple times to verify and apply the discount, but it never worked properly—something I’ve never had an issue with on other sites. In the end, I had to complete my purchase without the discount. While the amount wasn't huge, it’s really about the principle. If you’re going to promote a military discount, it should actually function as intended and be easy to use. I hope the company looks into fixing this process, because it’s disappointing—especially for those of us who have served.
