Very Bad Customer Service – No Reply from Elegoo
My experience with Elegoo has been very bad. Customer service is not working. I sent several emails and I did not get any reply. This is very frustrating, especially when you need help with a product. A company should not ignore its customers. I hope you improve this soon.
