Unreliable promises
I ordered 3 pieces for a restaurant client in November and spent over $12,000. We were told it would originally take 8 weeks. It has now been closer to 5 months and I am not sure if we will actually receive our furniture. Email communications have not given me confidence as the delivery dates keep shifting. I feel like we've been badly scammed.
