this has to be the worst product i've ever used. i trusted it because it was meant to be natural, but it actually made my hair fall out - yes HAIR LOSS AND SCALP IRRITATION - i strongly discourage anyone from using this product, i feel so disappointed that i fell for their marketing. DO NOT USE IT, IM NOT SURE WHATS IN IT, BUT U WILL REGRET IT! I write this 18 months after my experience, simply because i feel so sad that that others may be dooped like i was. When i tried communicating with them back then the customer service was close to zero. a total farse. Proceed with caution, but truly i'd say do not proceed at all! not sure how you think you're going to make it right - Order Confirmation (#10151321) - amazing how you now have a prompt response, i think you actually just started ignoring my emails back then.
