Electrical integration: recommended battery type (cell type, BMS, max continuous current – considering the TSDZ16 controller ~30A); Considering the technical specifications and geometry of the bicycles, are 52V 20 Ah batteries suitable? ; connector / wiring compatibility / waterproofing considerations. 3. Performance & usage: load behavior for a ~100 kg rider + long climbs; recommendations for current limiting (e.g. 25A vs 30A vs 35A) for reliability; drivetrain recommendations (chainring, cassette, chain wear).
