The PA was amazing—Price surprise not so much
The PA was amazing—we ended up changing our initial plan, and it turned out to be a much better fit for my needs. The only reason I can’t give a higher rating is due to the pricing transparency. It showed a $0 cost to start the “new” subscription plan, but after confirming, my card was charged nearly $600. That price wasn’t clearly presented beforehand, and had I seen it, I may have explored other options. I feel a bit stuck now.
