The chair so far is very comfortable
The chair so far is very comfortable, and the different adjustments really do help get your body aligned for longer seating comfort. The chair seat is much deeper (I have the XL model), and supports your legs . The lumbar adjustment can be placed exactly where you want it and it stays locked in even if you tilt back all the way. The chair arrived undamaged, and it is packaged really well in the box. It was easy to put together and the instructions are easy to follow. The only small complaint I have is that it took some time to actually get shipped. When I made the order there was a estimated ship date about two weeks out, and the chair shipped al.ost a month after that
