Service from rep was excellent. However, the product quality of the regular cover for Garage in a box is terrible. On my fourth cover and the last one only lasted 14 months or so, maybe less. The sun seems to eat it, then is splits, tears and blows away. My 5 stars is for the gret service from rep. Qualirt would be 0.
