Best price-performance ratio and friendly support.
Even though I had some initial difficulties, Sovol is overall a pretty good company. I have been using the Sovol sv 07 since September 2024. Its printing speed is very impressive, and the results are always looking great. I had some initial issues and some problems over time, but I could get them all fixed thanks to the friendly, cooperative, competent, and fast-answering support team. 2 months ago, I bought a refurbished Sovol sv 01 Pro for just 80€, which is a really good price. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my package via DHL Express for free. I don’t think I’ve ever had such an experience before. The build plate was damaged, even though the page said: "it may have minor scratches but it is fully functional." But the scratches on the platform board made the printer not fully functional. I had to buy a new platform board for 9.67€, which I think is just about acceptable. I looked on the refurbished printers page a few days ago and saw that they now sell warranties or so. I can only recommend Sovol for beginners, since the printers are easy to use, as well as for experts and experienced people, because they allow a lot of freedom. As already mentioned, I think Sovol 3d printers have one of the best price-performance ratios.
