Super fast and responsive Team
I had a few issues with getting my tickets due to the O2 app bug. Gigsberg was super responsive, emailing and suggesting back and forth on a Sunday. I truly couldn’t believe how fast, responsible, reliable the entire team was. I used to be super hesitant purchasing tickets via secondary websites but I cannot recommend Gigsberg enough. Truly such a supportive team!
