Unauthorised Recurring Charges
They convinced us to making a purchase at USD4.99 but then cheated by charging us a recurring charge of USD39.99 every month for months until we discovered the scam. They refused to refund the 4 months x $39.99 which we did not authorise them to charge in our credit card.
