My very first purchase and your service is already HORRIBLE??? After writing my review on on TrustPilot on 20th April, you replied to me on 24th that you are going to up the matter and get in touch with me via my email but you never did. I have tried to reach out to you in vain. No email, no updates, no nothing. How do you your business? I start to think you are just but scammers. No excellence at all.
