Beware……
There is literally no customer service at all! I ordered the night guards and after weeks of waiting I was emailing and calling them but no one ever answered. I started getting random emails from them telling me my case was closed. I finally got them and a few weeks later I was billed for another set and got an email saying they were on the way. I was able to get someone on the phone and they supposedly paused my subscription. Now months later they billed me again and I tried to contact them but can’t get anyone to respond to me. I’ve emailed and left messages and im again getting random emails saying sorry they missed my call and then another case closed email. I’ve asked them via phone message and email to cancel my subscription several times but can’t get anyone to answer me to let me know if it is. I wouldn’t have ordered these in the first place if I knew it was a scam
