Excellent quality and overall experience with the 1900X collars. I use for my Belgian Malinois for competition in Mondioring. I will be ordering a third when I get my next pup. I lost a button on the transmitter and was able to get immediate help via customer service (Shaun) and he has my missing part in the mail! Great company!
