First time customer but NEVER again
First time customer but NEVER again. I ordered 6 of the most expensive filters (13 Merv) They delivered the wrong ones (8 Merv) on a Saturday. Customer service happily said they’d replace them and gave me a 2-3 biz day delivery window. They arrived the next day (Sunday) while I was at work. It poured rain and because the filters aren’t properly packaged ie flimsy plastic shrink wrap and no box and the last mile delivery service - Roadie - didn’t place them under the roof, the filters were all ruined. I asked for a full refund and was told no. Once delivered, it’s not the company’s responsibility. That’s ridiculous. Don’t bother buying from this company. They don’t stand behind their products.
