I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Punehod. I’ve only had this printhead for one month, and it has already failed. I run my machine daily as intended and follow all of the recommended maintenance steps exactly as shown in their videos. Despite this, when I reached out for support, they refused to stand behind their product or honor any kind of warranty. Instead, they shifted the blame onto me without properly addressing the issue. For a product at this price point, I expected far better quality and customer service. A printhead should last significantly longer than a month under normal use and proper maintenance. Very frustrating experience. I would not recommend unless you’re prepared to replace parts frequently and deal with little to no support.
