(EU) Good communication, easy to return
this is regarding the eu service and website. while i didnt enjoy the actual product, (which may just be because i dont like these sort of products, this has been my first) the communication was pretty quick and it was easy for me to return my order and get a full refund. they sent me a return label which i didnt have to pay for and my return was processed and refund issued after 5 days. the only negative i have was the time it took to get to me. i had to wait around 25 days for my order to arrive.
