The star rating needs to have negitive scores because this company deserves a -5! I sent my roborock Qrevo S Robot Vacuum and Mop, Self-Drying, Auto Mop Washing, 7000Pa Suction, Self-Emptying & Refilling, 10mm Mop Lifting, 200RPM into RoboRock for service. The unit was sent in because it would not charge. Customer service said the mop mechanics of the unit is broken (what does that have to do with not charging) Then they tell me it can not be repaired. Back and forth with many emails telling me they would send a picture of the broken part, never happened. I asked them to return my unit, never happended. I could go on and on explaining how awful the customer service is. However, the previous reviews speak for themselves. Awful, awful, awful. lies, lies, lies.
