Credit card breach within an hour of purchace.
We purchased a prom dress from this site for my daughter. It looked great online but when we got the dress. It did not deliver in material or in correct sizing. The real issue was that within about an hour. My credit card used to purchase the dress was breached by charges coming from China. While correlation does not equal causation, it has made us decide to not do business with this company in the future. We did try to return the dress and the experience was less than pleasant. They originally did not want to give a refund but rather store credit (see CC breach). That was a hard no. As the credit card used to purchase the dress was replaced. No refund could be placed on the card. So in the end we have a poor quality dress that does not fit and no way to return it or even recoup some of the costs. I would give the store 0 stars if I could.
