When I called to inquire why my access was suddenly revoked, I was told the bank had decided to 'terminate the relationship' effective immediately. The representative refused to provide any details, ignored my questions, and abruptly ended the call. Potential customers should be aware that this institution appears to monitor social feedback and may close accounts in retaliation for negative reviews, leaving you without access to your capital without warning or explanation.
