Charge but fail to deliver
I have ordered parts from APW in the past and did not have any issues. Since I currently work out of state I ordered a drain bolt and vtec solenoid for my daughter's RDX to repair on my next trip home. The tracking number says it was delivered early March, I came home mid April. I open the BOX and there is only the drain plug. No $130 solenoid. I contacted them but they are now hiding behind their 30 day return claim. I don't want a return, I want the part I was charged for delivered or a refund on my credit card. Very surprised at the lack of quality control for shipping and disappointed in their lack of customer service. If they don't deliver or give me a credit, I'll reach out to my credit card company to lodge a complaint and will never use APW again. I consider this mail fraud to charge for parts that you don't deliver.
