Fine product, absolutely horrible service
The seat was of nice quality, but wasn't what I needed. The armrests were way too far forward, were not adjustable, and the seat itself was GIANT. I tried to initiate a return, at which point I was told that Andaseat would not provide any return shipping postage, and I had to fund it myself. The best quote I had for shipping back to their location was $324 and some change, which was about $100 more than the seat itself. They made it impossible for me to return a product I'd had for 8 days. EDIT: Thanks, your response doubles down on you being a garbage company with zero interest in service and 100% interest in sales.
