What You See During Booking Is Misleading
I purchased a ticket through eSky and added their “Free ticket and travel changes – Premium” service for an additional fee. During the booking process, this service was clearly described as including: “Ticket cancellation or refund processing” “Priority handling” Based on this, I understood that I would be able to cancel my ticket with meaningful support for obtaining a refund. However, after purchase, I was told that: The ticket is completely non-refundable The Premium service does NOT provide any real refund support and only covers basic communication In other words, the service I paid for does not deliver what was advertised and has no real value in practice. Even worse, support keeps repeating generic answers and avoids addressing the actual issue — that the service description is misleading and influenced my purchase decision. I would not have bought this ticket if the real limitations were clearly explained. Be very careful when purchasing “Premium” services here — what you see during booking may not reflect what you actually get.
