Very disappointing experience.
Very disappointing experience. I bought seated tickets for Rosalía in Barcelona and traveled from San Sebastián with two other people. Just hours before the concert, I was told my tickets were not available and was offered standing tickets instead. At that point, refusing was not a real option. Accepting worse tickets under pressure is not acceptable. This shows poor reliability and I would not recommend this platform.
