HORRIBLE
I wanted to share my experience with Mollyevers so others can make an informed decision before ordering. Unfortunately, the entire process was disappointing from start to finish. When my order arrived, the packaging was very poor and didn’t feel secure or professional. It immediately gave the impression of low quality and a lack of care in shipping. The items themselves did not match what was advertised online. The material and overall construction felt cheap, and the quality was not worth the price. The products looked very different from the photos, which was frustrating and misleading. What stood out the most, though, was the customer service and return process. The website advertises “easy returns,” but that was not my experience at all. Returning the items would have cost a significant amount out of pocket, and the process felt unnecessarily complicated. Instead of a straightforward return, I was initially offered only a partial refund, which required back-and-forth communication to resolve. While I did eventually receive a partial refund, it took extra effort and was far from the “easy” process that’s advertised. The return system seems designed to discourage customers from actually sending items back. Overall, with the poor packaging, misleading product quality, and frustrating customer service experience, I would not order from Mollyevers again. I would strongly recommend being cautious before purchasing, especially if you’re relying on their “easy returns” policy.
