It really was painless, and they’ve got a great return policy for someone like me who bought headphones based on reviews, as it’s hard to find anywhere to listen to a pair before purchasing. I ordered a pair of Dan Clark Noire XO’s. Now that I’ve got them, I’m relieved to hear that they sound exactly like what I had hoped. I will be keeping them.
