Beautiful jewelry and good customer service
I had a great experience with Ask & Embla. I pre-ordered one of their Meg Murayama collaboration pieces about a month ago after seeing a review for it on Instagram- I had no prior experience with the brand. The piece was projected to ship in mid-June, so I selected the address that I’d be in during that time. It wound up that the piece was ready to ship several months early, so I contacted A&E to ask for the shipping address to be changed to my current residence even though the label had already been created. I was a bit panicked because I know that sometimes the address can’t be changed at that stage, but I received swift and compassipnate responses from their support team and the issue was resolved quickly without me needing to pay for another label or reach out to USPS myself. I was very impressed with how swiftly and effectively they were able to fix my problem. I received the piece today and it is gorgeous and very high quality. It has a good amount of weight to it and is incredibly detailed. I can tell by looking at it that it’s heirloom quality and much sturdier than I expected, especially for the price. I will 100% buy more pieces from Ask and Embla in the future and want to again extend my thanks to their incredible customer service and logistics teams.
