Ordered via Debenhams Why has Debenhams allowed such a company on there platform? First of all they automatically added seel on my purchase & now that I want to return my item within my 2 weeks timeframe they just don’t want to accept the return nor refund me. I am in my rights for a return & refund as I’m unhappy with a poor quality item. I wish I saw these reviews before ordering! Will be contacting my bank for a chargeback.
